AveriStar is well aware that most vendors include major software upgrades as part of yearly maintenance, however, it is also known that it may not always be when you want it to be done. We have performed hundreds of minor and major system upgrades, all done efficiently, diligently, and with no service impact to the end user!

Ensure all hardware and software resources and requirements are met before signing off on the upgrade
Patching the current software release up to date on all server types
Download and transfer of all release specific application software, patches, and utilities to each server type
Installation of target upgrade software on all servers
Patching the target software release current on each server
Activating the target software release during a maintenance window
Testing of all services and applications post-upgrade
Provide direct support for any issues that arise from the upgrade
