Go-to-Market Modules cover all aspects of selling the Hosted PBX product as well as Wholesaling your platform. We review every step of the sales/delivery chain starting with training from the first call to a potential customer, to training a Sales Engineer how to demonstrate the true benefits of the hosted solution. Flow charts and drawings for both provider and customer detail an efficient administrative process through installation and into implementation.
Once you decide what you are going to offer we then help with pre and post sales site surveys, quick reference guides, Presentations, and Schematics. Our schematics are used by Sales and Sales Engineers, although the BroadSoft product is hosted, customers like to know what it looks like from a high level. We also use them to train your team internally, as we always say “ You must eat your own Dog Food”, education is the key to success.
