AveriStar offers Monthly Engineering Support that goes above and beyond the support you get directly from the vendor. We are known in the industry as the “Sixth Man” on your team. Our team will work together with your customers and team members to solve issues, whether it is a phone, IAD, ATA, SBC, or BroadSoft issue.
We offer engineering support contracts from 90 days to one year contracts utilizing our ticketing platform, AveriStar will also open tickets with BroadSoft on your behalf. Some of our customers have used our support for years, it is a good feeling to know you have engineers at your disposal that can tackle any issue.
Lastly, you can take advantage of our Platform Management offering, AveriStar engineers will keep your platform patched, update your team with any new features (UC1), monitor hardware usage, and send a report to your Management team every month on the health of the platform.
